I know the thought of training with your cycle can be overwhelming & staying consistent can be a struggle, which is why I offer the option to work with me 1-on-1!

What’s included:

  • 1 hour personal training sessions (virtual or in person!)

  • Customized programing tailored to YOUR individual cycle, stage of life (hormonal birth control/pregnant/postpartum/menopause) fitness level, goals, available equipment, and/or injuries

  • Typically start out with 2 sessions per week, but can absolutely work with you to make it fit your specific goals + schedule!

  • Accountability!!!

  • Form correction

  • Support and explanations of all things cycle-syncing throughout each phase

  • You can stop at any time. You are not locked in to a certain amount of sessions or time 

My goal is to teach you how to best support your body + train with your cycle so you wont need me forever

…and to have the most fun ever, but that's besides the point :)
