What’s included:

1 hour personal training sessions (virtual or in person!)

Customized programing tailored to YOUR individual cycle, stage of life (hormonal birth control/pregnant/postpartum/menopause) fitness level, goals, available equipment, and/or injuries

Typically start out with 2 sessions per week, but can absolutely work with you to make it fit your specific goals + schedule!
